Mat Logic — Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Feed Solutions LLC ("Mat Logic," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Mat Logic mobile app and website at matlogic.co and app.matlogic.co (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Mat Logic is intended for use by adults (parents, guardians, and coaches) to record and follow a wrestler's career. Please read the Children's Privacy section below carefully, as much of the information in the Service concerns minors.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide:
- Account information — your email address and, optionally, your name, when you create an account or a linked account (such as a wrestler login).
- Wrestler and match information — data you enter about wrestlers and their careers, which may include a wrestler's name, school/team, grade, weight class, match results, opponents, tournaments, dates, statistics, milestones, notes, and reflections.
- Media — photos and video you upload (for example, match film) and images you submit for import (for example, a screenshot of results from another site).
Information collected automatically:
- Basic technical/usage data needed to operate the Service, such as log data and device information generated when you use the app or site.
- We keep sign-in information in your device's local storage to keep you logged in. The Service does not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We do not collect payment card information; the Service is currently free, and any paid purchases are handled by the Apple App Store under Apple's own terms and privacy policy.
2. How we use information
We use the information to:
- create and operate your account and any linked accounts;
- store and display the records, statistics, media, and history you create;
- generate summaries, statistics, and automated ("AI") insights and tags;
- read data from images you submit (for example, importing match results from a screenshot);
- maintain the security, integrity, and functionality of the Service; and
- communicate with you about your account (for example, sign-in and password emails).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content or media to show you third-party advertising.
3. How information is stored and shared
Service providers. We use trusted third parties to run the Service, and information is shared with them only to provide the Service to you:
- Supabase (built on Amazon Web Services, United States) provides our database, authentication, and file storage. Your account data, wrestler and match records, and uploaded media are stored there.
- Google (Gemini API). When you use an AI feature — such as generating insights or importing results from a screenshot — the relevant text or image is sent to Google's generative-AI service to process your request and return a result.
These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and security practices. We do not control, and are not responsible for, their independent practices.
Sharing you choose. The Service lets you share information at your discretion — for example, creating a share link, inviting a coach to review a match, or linking a wrestler's login. Anything you choose to share may be viewed by the people you share it with. You are responsible for what you share and with whom.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, to comply with legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Mat Logic or others.
No sale of data. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
4. Access controls
Each account can generally access only its own data. We use database-level access rules so that, for example, a linked wrestler login has view-only access to the specific wrestler records a parent has shared, and cannot edit them. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the accounts you create for others.
5. Children's privacy (important)
The Service is directed to and intended for adults (parents, guardians, and coaches), not to children. Much of the content, however, concerns minor athletes.
- If you enter information about a minor, or create a linked login for a minor (such as a wrestler login), you represent that you are that minor's parent or legal guardian, or that you have obtained the verifiable consent of the minor's parent or legal guardian, and you are responsible for that information and that account.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13 without parental consent. Accounts are created and controlled by adults.
- If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information without parental consent, or you are a parent who wants to review or delete a minor's information, contact us at ndelverme@gmail.com and we will act promptly to address it.
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting ndelverme@gmail.com. We will delete or de-identify your information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. Some information may persist in routine backups for a limited time.
7. Your choices and rights
You may access and update much of your information directly in the Service. Depending on where you live (for example, under California or other state privacy laws), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, email ndelverme@gmail.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including access controls and encryption in transit. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Service at your own risk and are responsible for safeguarding your password.
9. International users
The Service is operated in the United States, and information is stored and processed in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
